These terms govern the repair and maintenance services provided by JJ Smart Services, Mugalivakkam, Chennai. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings can be made by phone or email. We aim for same-day visits where possible, but visit times are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather or earlier jobs running long. We will keep you informed of any delay.
The inspection charge is told to you before the visit and applies even if you choose not to proceed with the repair. After diagnosis, we share a full quote covering labour and spares. Work begins only after you approve the quote.
We use genuine or OEM-grade spare parts. Where a genuine part is unavailable or discontinued, we will tell you and offer the best available alternative before fitting it. Replaced parts can be returned to you on request.
Repairs carry a workmanship warranty on the specific fault repaired, communicated at the time of billing. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, physical damage, electrical surges, pest damage or tampering by others after our visit.
Payment is due on completion of the work, by cash or UPI. For repairs requiring costly spares, we may ask for an advance towards the part.
Please ensure safe access to the appliance, a working power point nearby, and that an adult is present during the visit. Any known history of the fault or earlier repairs helps us diagnose faster.
JJ Smart Services is an independent multi-brand repair service. We are not an authorised service centre of any manufacturer, and our repairs may affect an active manufacturer warranty — please check your warranty terms before booking if your appliance is new.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service billed. We are not liable for indirect losses such as food spoilage, water damage from pre-existing leaks, or losses caused by delays outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the "last updated" date above.
